Method

1.Melt butter in a large frying pan on high. Sauté onion for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
2.Toss through beans, juice and rind, tossing gently. Season to taste.

Add some chopped bacon or pancetta and crushed garlic to the pan with the onion if desired.
