Method
1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Line an oven tray with baking paper.
2.In a food processor combine chicken, pesto, tarragon and garlic. Process to combine and season to taste.
3.Cut pastry sheets in half. Spoon quarter chicken mixture lengthways along one sheet of pastry. Brush the other edge with milk. Roll up to enclose. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
4.Cut rolls into 3cm lengths and place seam side down on tray. Brush with milk and sprinkle sesame seeds over.
5.Bake 20-25 minutes, or until pastry is golden and mince is cooked through. Serve with tomato chutney.
