Method
1.Combine arrabbiata sauce, olives and anchovies in a saucepan. Heat on medium for 5 minutes, until hot.
2.Meanwhile, cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain and toss through arrabbiata sauce.
3.Fold through half of baby spinach and season to taste. Toss over low heat until spinach just wilts. Grind over pepper and sense with parmesan and remaining spinach.
