Method
1.In a shallow, microwave-safe bowl, combine soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger. Add chicken and toss to coat. Brush with half of combined tomato sauce and honey.
2.Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 100% for 5 minutes. Remove and discard plastic wrap. Using tongs, turn chicken and brush with remaining tomato sauce mixture. Microwave uncovered at 100% for another 10 minutes, until golden and cooked through. Serve with lime wedges and salsa for dipping.
