Method
1.Preheat oven to 160°C (140°C fan-forced). Grease 19cm x 29cm rectangular slice pan; line base and two long sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm over sides.
2.Combine nuts, coconut, fruit and flour in large bowl. Stir in combined hot melted chocolate, sieved jam and honey. Spread evenly into prepared pan.
3.Bake about 45 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting into pieces.
