Ingredients

Method

1.Line two baking trays with baking paper and place in freezer.
2.Melt chocolate in a large heatproof bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
3.Drop 1/2-tablespoons of chocolate onto one prepared tray. Top with 1/2 teaspoon each of raisins, apricots and sultanas. Place in freezer for 5 minutes, until set. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
4.Store melts in an airtight container in fridge until ready to serve.
