Method
1.Whizz nuts until coarsely chopped, then add the coconut, dates, cranberries and spice and whizz until mixture clumps together. Press into a lined brownie tin (27cm x 18cm or similar) and refrigerate while you make the filling.
2.Whizz the avocado, berries and jam until smooth, then pulse in the yoghurt. Pour mixture over the base and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
3.Cut into squares to serve or transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen. Garnish with fresh or frozen berries.
