Method
1.Place each fillet on 20cm (8-inch) square of foil. Divide tomato, onion, garlic, capers and thyme among fish pieces; squeeze juice from half lemon over each. Drizzle with oil; season.
2.Gather corners of foil together above fish; twist to enclose securely.
3.Cook fish parcels on flat plate, about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Stand fish 5 minutes before serving.
