1.Alternate lamingtons and lamington fingers on a cake board to build a wall, securing with frosting to create mortar.
2.To make flowers, secure iceblock sticks to back of 8 of the tartlets with melted chocolate; set. Press the marshmallow halves into the jam-side of 8 of the biscuits to create flowers; secure a choc button at centre. Place remaining choc buttons on remaining biscuits to create flowers. Press flowers into lamington wall.
3.Decorate with snakes. Serve.
You can use lamingtons of any shape. Use scissors dipped in icing sugar to cut the marshmallows. You’ll find iceblock sticks at craft outlets.
