Method
1.Combine beef, ginger and five-spice in a small bowl.
2.Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry beef until browned. Remove beef from wok.
3.Add sauce, water, honey and juice to wok; bring to the boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 minutes.
4.Return beef to wok with vegetables and stir-fry until gai lan is tender. Serve sprinkled with seeds.
