Method
1.Combine tomato, zest, olives, chives, half the oil and balsamic in a medium glass bowl.
2.Brush fish with remaining oil; season with salt and pepper. Heat a large frying pan over high heat. Add fish; cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked.
3.Place steamed vegetables on serving plates. Top with fish and salsa. Serve.
