Method

1.Place potatoes in a large saucepan; cover with cold water. Bring to the boil. Boil for 10-12 minutes or until tender, adding beans in last 2 minutes. Drain.
2.Combine beetroot, beans, mint, onion and juice in a medium bowl. Cover; set aside.
3.Heat oil in a medium heavy-based frying pan over moderate heat. Cook fish for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
4.Serve fish with salsa, potatoes and lime or lemon wedges.
