Ingredients: 2 lebanese cucumbers (260g), seeded, chopped finely; 2 medium radishes (70g), chopped finely; 4 medium roma tomatoes (300g), seeded, chopped finely; 1 medium yellow capsicum (200g), seeded, chopped finely; 1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce; 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar; 4 x 250g white fish cutlets salsa

Ingredients

2 lebanese cucumbers (260g), seeded, chopped finely

2 medium radishes (70g), chopped finely

4 medium roma tomatoes (300g), seeded, chopped finely

1 medium yellow capsicum (200g), seeded, chopped finely

1/2 teaspoon tabasco sauce

1 tablespoon sherry vinegar

4 x 250g white fish cutlets salsa

Method

1.To make salsa, combine all ingredients in a bowl except for the fish.

2.Cook fish on heated oiled grill plate until just cooked.

3.Serve fish with salsa
