Method

1.Cut each slice of prosciutto across into 5cm lengths.
2.Top each fig quarter with 1/2 tablespoon of goat’s cheese, a basil leaf and a piece of prosciutto, folded over three times. Secure with a toothpick. Arrange on a platter and season with freshly ground pepper. Serve as soon as possible
