Method
1.In a saucepan, cook pasta in boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain.
2.In a large saucepan, heat cream and cheese on low. Stir for 4-5 minutes, until cheese has melted and sauce has thickened slightly.
3.Toss pasta through sauce in pan and season to taste. Serve sprinkled with chives and chopped walnuts. Accompany with salad.
Camembert or brie, with sliced smoked salmon and a touch of lemon juice can be used instead of blue cheese if preferred.
