Fettucine with smoked chicken and mushrooms
1.Cook fettuccine in a large pan of boiling, salted water according to packet directions. Drain well. Return to pan and keep warm.
2.Meanwhile, melt butter in a large frying pan on medium heat. Sauté‚ mushrooms and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
3.Add chicken breast with combined cream and mustard. Bring to boil. Season to taste.
4.Add sauce to pasta in pan and toss on medium heat for 1 -2 minutes, until heated through. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
