Ingredients

Method

1.Simmer tomato sauce in a small saucepan on medium heat 6-8 minutes, until thickened.
2.Press an olive half, rounded side up, into bocconcini to create eyeballs.
3.Heat vol au vents (or pastry cases) following packet instructions.
4.Spoon sauce evenly among pastry cases. Top each with eyes to serve.
