Ingredients: 6 plain ready-made cupcakes; 1 white marshmallow, halved; 2 brown mini m&m's; 6 centimetre piece black fresh rope licourice; 1 white jelly bean, halved; black glossy decorating gel; Butter cream; 125 gram (4 ounces) butter; 1 1/2 cup (240g) confectioner's sugar; 2 tablespoon milk; black food colouring

6 plain ready-made cupcakes

1 white marshmallow, halved

2 brown mini m&m's

6 centimetre piece black fresh rope licourice

1 white jelly bean, halved

black glossy decorating gel

Butter cream

125 gram (4 ounces) butter

1 1/2 cup (240g) confectioner's sugar

2 tablespoon milk

black food colouring

Method

1.To make butter cream; beat butter until white as possible, gradually beat in half the sifted icing sugar then milk, then remaining icing sugar. Beat until smooth. Add few drops of black food colouring until you form a grey colour.

2.Spread butter cream over top of one cake.

3.Using any remaining butter cream, colour insides of ears.

4.Position marshmallow halves on cake for ears.

5.Position M&M’s on cake for eyes, licourice for trunk and jelly bean halves for tusks. Using gel, dot pupils onto eyes.
