Method
1.Heat half the oil in a medium non- stick frying pan on high. Add the eggs, swirling to form an omelette. Remove, roll up and slice.
2.Heat remaining oil in wok. Stir-fry bacon and garlic for 3-4 minutes until golden. Add rice, mixed vegetables and combined sauces. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
3.Add omelette and green onions, stirring until combined. Serve in mini noodle boxes.
