Method
1.Preheat oven to 160°C/140°C fan-forced. Cut tops from rolls. Scoop out bread to leave a thin shell. Place shells on baking trays.
2.Line shell with salami. Whisk eggs and cream; Pour carefully into shells. Top with olives and cheese.
3.Bake 20-25 minutes or until set, swapping trays halfway through cooking.
Use large vol-au-vent cases or small dinner rolls if ciabatta rolls are unavailable.
