Easy paella

Delicious Spanish food doesn't get much better than paella. This easy paella with all the spice of traditional paella provides a perfectly balanced, nutritious and flavourful meal.

Ingredients

Method

1.Heat a large frying pan on high. Fry chorizo for 3-5 minutes, until beginning to brown. Set aside.
2.Reduce heat, to medium and pour olive oil into pan. Saute capsicum, onion and garlic for 2-3 minutes, until tender.
3.Add rice, wine, stock and saffron mixture and stir to combine. Season. Bring to boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has evaporated.
4.Add seafood, chicken and chorizo. Cover and reduce heat to low. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with lemon.

Use other ingredients, such chopped fresh tomatoes, sausages or peas.
