Method
Easy egg and herb dip
1.Place eggs in a bowl and chop roughly. Mix in herbs and mayonnaise. Season to taste.
2.Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with crudités.

3.In a medium bowl, whisk eggs and cream together. Season.
4.Melt 1 teaspoon butter in small frying pan on medium heat. Pour eggs into pan and swirl. Cook eggs for 2-3 minutes, scraping mixture towards centre of pan, until soft and creamy.
5.Use remaining butter to lightly butter bread. Cut into 3cm squares and spoon egg scramble onto squares. Top with caviar and chives and serve.
