Easy chocolate fudge

Ingredients

Method

1.Line a 20cm cake pan with baking paper, extending 2cm over edges.
2.In a large, heavy-based saucepan, combine butter, evaporated milk and sugar. Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly. Boil 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until golden. Remove from heat.
3.Add chocolate, stirring until completely melted and smooth.
4.Pour mixture into pan. Chill overnight. Set aside at room temperature 30 minutes before cutting into squares. Store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Other chocolate of choice can be used instead of Toblerone. Makes 25
