Fish parcels
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut out 4 large squares of non-stick baking paper.
2.Place 1 fish fillet in middle of each piece of paper and top each with remaining ingredients. Season to taste.
3.Wrap up as a parcel, folding ends in. Place, seam side up (with tucked ends under), in a baking pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
4.Remove fish from parcel and serve with salad or steamed vegetables.
