Method
1.Cut cheese into 1.5cm x 4cm pieces.
2.Combine flour and cornflour in medium bowl; gradually stir in combined egg and water until batter is smooth. Combine breadcrumbs, herbs and pepper in another medium bowl.
3.Dip cheese pieces, one at a time, in batter then in breadcrumb mixture. Repeat process to double-coat each piece.
4.Heat oil in wok; deep-fry cheese pieces, in batches, until browned lightly. Drain on absorbent paper.
