Method
1.Preheat oven to moderate.Grease 12-hole (¹/³ cup/80ml) muffin pan.
2.Combine bran and milk in large bowl, stand 5 minutes.
3.Stir flour, sugar and cinnamon into bran mixture until combined. Add remaining ingredients, stir but do not over mix. Divide muffin mixture among holes of prepared pan.
4.Bake in moderate oven about 25 minutes. Turn muffins onto wire rack to cool.
