Method
1.Combine curry powder and coconut cream in a bowl. Add chicken; toss to coat. Season.
2.Preheat a barbecue grill over moderate heat. Cook chicken for 6 minutes each side or until browned and cooked.
3.Place mango, chilli, cucumber, mint and juice in a bowl; toss to combine. Serve chicken with salad and bread.
Make ahead: Marinate chicken a day ahead. Cover, then refrigerate. Use a glass or ceramic bowl to marinate the chicken so the curry powder doesn’t stain the dish.
