1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a large casserole dish.
2.In a large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Drain well. Return to pan.
3.Meanwhile, in a large frying pan, melt butter on medium. Sauté mushrooms, zucchini, leek, garlic and thyme for 4-5 minutes, until vegetables are tender. Stir in cream and bring to simmer. Season to taste.
4.Add sauce to pasta, tossing well to coat. Transfer to dish. Sprinkle with combined crumbs and cheese.
5.Bake 10-15 minutes, until top is golden. Accompany with salad, if liked.
