1.In a large saucepan, place potatoes and cover with water. Bring to boil, covered. Partially remove lid and cook 10-15 minutes until very tender. Drain well.
2.Return potatoes to pan. Mash well with cream, milk and butter until smooth. Season to taste. Serve topped with a cube of butter. Sprinkle with chives.
