1.In a large frying pan, heat oil on high. Cook chicken in 2 batches for 3-4 minutes until browned. Transfer to a plate.
2.In the same pan, saute garlic on medium heat for 1 minute. Blend in soup and cream. Return chicken to pan. Cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Season to taste.
3.Meanwhile, in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain well.
4.Serve chicken with pasta. Sprinkle with chives. Accompany with beans.
If preferred, slice chicken and toss it with the sauce through cooked pasta.
Note
