Method

1.Preheat the oven 180°C. Place the blue cheese on a piece of baking paper and bake in the preheated oven for 5-8 minutes until puffed and soft.
2.Meanwhile, to make the fresh peach relish, combine the peach, pear, chilli, red onion, honey and lime juice & zest in a bowl and mix well.
3.Serve the warm cheese with the fresh peach relish, fresh fruit and crackers.
