Method
1.Make ginger miso dressing. Blend or process ingredients until smooth.
2.Cook noodles in large saucepan of boiling water, uncovered, until just tender, drain. Rinse under cold water, drain.
3.Combine noodles in large bowl with cucumber, onion, carrot, spinach, half the crab and half the dressing.
4.Divide salad among serving plates, top with remaining crab, remaining dressing and pickled ginger.
