1.Grease 8cm x 25cm bar cake pan, line base and two short sides with baking paper.
2.Combine Eclairs and cream in medium heavy-based saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth. Remove from heat, stir in Rice Bubbles and marshmallows, quickly stir in Maltesers.
3.Press mixture lightly into prepared pan,; refrigerate until set. Cut into slices with a serrated knife.
