Method
1.Grease 12 hole (â…“ cup/80ml capacity) muffin pan.
2.Place butter, rinds, sugar, eggs, sifted flour and milk in medium bowl, beat with electric mixer until just combined, then beat on medium speed until mixture is just changed in colour; stir in poppyseeds.
3.Spoon mixture into prepared pan. Bake in moderately hot oven about 20 minutes.
