Method
1.Grease a 23cm square slab pan.
2.Combine sifted dry ingredients, sugar, fruit, coconut and Choc Bits in large bowl. Stir in eggs and butter, press mixture evenly into prepared pan.
3.Bake in moderate oven for about 25 minutes. Stand 10 minutes before spreading with icing. To make lemon icing: sift icing sugar into small bowl, stir in butter and enough lemon juice to make a stiff paste. Cool in pan before cutting.
