Method
1.Finely grate zest from 1 of the lemons. Juice both lemons to make 1/2 cup.
2.Combine 1 tablespoon of the oil, half the garlic, parsley and half the lemon juice in a shallow glass or ceramic dish. Add chicken. Turn to coat. Cover with plastic food wrap. Chill 10 minutes, to marinate.
3.Preheat a char-grill or barbecue on moderately high heat. Add chicken. Cook 5 minutes each side, or until browned and cooked. Transfer to a heatproof board. Cover with foil. Rest 5 minutes. Slice.
4.Combine tomato, onion, basil, 1 tablespoon of the remaining oil, and 2 tablespoons of the remaining lemon juice in a bowl.
5.Whisk yogurt, remaining oil, tahini, zest and remaining lemon juice in a glass or ceramic bowl. Season. Arrange chicken on a serving plate. Top with tomato salad. Drizzle tahini sauce over top. Sprinkle with mint. Serve with salad leaves and lemon cheeks.
Tahini is a paste made from ground sesame seeds. Stir well before using.
