Method
1.Quarter capsicums; remove seeds and membranes. Grill capsicum, skin side up, until skin blisters and blackens. Peel away skin; chop capsicum.
2.Heat oil in large saucepan; cook sausages until browned. Remove from pan; cut sausages in half.
3.Add onion to pan with garlic and bacon; cook, stirring, until onion is soft and bacon is browned lightly.
4.Add beans, undrained crushed tomatoes, sauce, capsicum and sausage; simmer, covered, 20 minutes.
5.Serve sprinkled with parsley.
