Method
1.In a bowl, combine mince, breadcrumbs, carrot, zucchini, onion and sauce. Use your hands to mix well.
2.Shape 2 tablespoonfuls of mixture into small rissoles. Flatten out to a patty. Chill 20 minutes.
3.Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan on medium. Cook patties in 2 batches, 2-3 minutes each side, until golden and cooked through. Drain on paper towel.
4.Serve on dinner rolls with lettuce and tomato chutney.
