Method
1.Spray a wok with cooking oil spray. Heat on high. Stir-fry pumpkin 8 minutes, until tender and golden. Remove from pan; keep warm. Stir-fry beans 3 minutes, until tender but still crisp. Remove from pan.
2.Cook chicken in batches for 4 minutes, until browned and cooked through. Add chilli and half of the basil. Stir-fry further 1 minute.
3.Return pumpkin and beans to pan with fish sauce and sugar; toss to coat. Scatter with remaining basil. Serve with lime wedges.
