1.Combine chicken, garam masala and oil in a medium bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap; chill for 1 hour to marinate. Season.
2.Meanwhile, whisk yogurt, paprika and garlic in a small bowl. Cover with plastic food wrap; refrigerate until required.
3.Preheat a barbecue char-grill plate to moderate. Alternately, thread chicken, capsicum and onion onto 12 skewers. Place on grill. Cook, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until brown and cooked.
4.Serve skewers with bread, yogurt mixture, salad and lemon wedges.
