Method

1.Preheat barbecue to moderately high heat. Combine capsicum, onion and garlic in a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil; toss to combine. Pile vegetable mixture onto a double layer of foil large enough to enclose mixture. Fold foil over to form a parcel. Place parcel on barbecue plate; cook for 10-15 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
2.Cook sausages on barbecue plate for 5 minutes or until heated. Remove sausages from barbecue; keep warm.
3.Split rolls along the top; don’t cut all the way through. Spread rolls with mustard. Divide vegetable mixture between rolls, then top with sausages and cheese. Serve with salad.
