Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to moderate, 180°C.
2.Remove cheese from box and remove labels.
3.Line box (or you could use a souffle dish to fit cheese) with a piece of baking paper, Place cheese in box or dish, secure box with string. Trim paper.
4.Cut 8 slits into the top of cheese. Push a slice of fig paste into each slit. Drizzle with champagne. Place on an oven tray.
5.Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cut a cross in the top to reveal molten centre. Serve with asparagus, sliced figs, grissini, prosciutto slices, witlof and bread.
