Char-grilled tuna

Ingredients

2 tablespoon lemon juice

2 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoon dijon mustard

4 tomatoes, seeded, chopped coarsely

1/2 red onion, sliced thinly

4 tuna steaks

60 gram baby rocket leaves

Method

1.Combine juice, oil and mustard in medium bowl, stir in tomato and onion.

2.Cook tuna on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until just cooked.

3.Gently toss rocket through tomato mixture, serve with tuna.
