Method
1.Preheat a barbecue plate or char-grill on high.
2.Place asparagus in a bowl and toss with oil. Season to taste.
3.Char-grill asparagus for 2-3 minutes, turning, until tender.
4.Melt butter in a large frying pan on medium. Stir in herbs and lemon zest.
5.Add asparagus to pan, tossing to coat in butter mixture.
