Method

1.Preheat oven to hot, 200°C. Lightly grease a baking tray.
2.Using a 4.5cm cutter, cut rounds from pastry. Arrange on prepared tray. Bake for 5-10 minutes until golden and puffed. Using fingertip, gently press centre of pastry to make a recess.
3.TOPPING: Meanwhile, heat butter and oil together in a frying pan on medium. Cook onion and garlic for 5-10 minutes until tender. Stir in vinegar and sugar, and cook, stirring, for 2-3 minutes.
4.Add salami, tomatoes and oregano. Mix well. Place a piece of brie on each pastry round. Pile an even amount of onion mixture on top. Serve warm.
