Method
1.Cook red capsicum, onion and chilli in heated oiled large frying pan until softened. Add water, ginger, black bean sauce and caster sugar, bring to a boil.
2.Place four x 200g ling fillets on vegetable mixture in pan, reduce heat, simmer, covered, about 5 minutes or until fish is cooked through. Serve fish topped with sauce. Goes well with steamed asian green vegetables.
