Method
1.In a large non-stick frying pan, dry-fry nuts over medium heat, shaking constantly, for about 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant; remove from heat.
2.When cool enough to handle, chop nuts coarsely
3.In the same pan, melt butter on medium heat; add nuts and coriander. Add fish to pan; cook, turning halfway, for about 3-5 minutes, or until just cooked through.
4.Divide beans among serving plates, top with fish and drizzle with butter. Serve.
Not suitable to freeze. Not suitable to microwave.
