Bolognaise mexe pie
1.Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan forced. Reheat bolognese sauce and mexican seasoning in a medium frying pan over moderate heat until hot. Stir in tomato and beans.
2.Spread puff pastry with taco sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Roll up tightly; cut into 17 slices. Place scrolls, cut-side up, on top of mince mixture. Brush lightly with egg.
3.Cover pan handle with foil. Bake for 15 minutes or until pastry is puffed and browned. Serve sprinkled with parsley.
No oven proof frying pan? Transfer hot bolognese to a pie dish. Mexican seasoning is available in spice aisle; substitute with taco seasoning if not available.
