1.Place bok choy in a steamer basket over a wok of simmering water. Cover tightly with a lid. Seam 2-3 minutes, until bright green.
2.Transfer to serving platter. Drizzle with combined sauces. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Be careful not to over cook your bok choy, which may result in loss of colour and texture.
Note
