Method
1.Preheat grill on high. Line an oven tray with foil.
2.Arrange bread on tray. Spray with oil. Toast 2-3 minutes each side or until golden and crisp. Sprinkle with gorgonzola. Grill until melted.
3.In a bowl, combine all remaining ingredients. Season. Top toasts with a little salad and serve with remaining salad on the side.
